Resolving Printer Issues

  1. Restart the Printer
  2. Check & Empty Print Queue
    • Control Panel -> Hardware & Sound -> Devices & Printers -> Right Click Printer -> See Whats Printing
    • Printer Tab -> Cancel All Jobs
  3. Restart Windows Print Spooler


Escalate if required.
